Please don’t go with Punjab national bank ...they all make false commitments. I applied for Home loan balance transfer with top up ...they said ready to do and took 5618 rs processing fee ..
Finally when it comes to a stage for loan approval they said we can give top up as mortgage loan interest rate. I suggest try LICHFL or IDBI for home loan...they have very good customer service.
