Punjab National Bank is a worst bank ever I have seen I am having saving account in Punjab national bank the processing of this bank is very very poor it takes a long time to process a small work the staff of this bank is very rude they dont no how to talk with customers, they feel that they are god.
phone banking service is pathetic it is very slow and all the time it shows some kind of error.
ATM service is very poor of this bank most of time Punjab national bank ATM shows an error(out of service) sometimes in ATM balance has been deducted from account but the user cant get money from ATM. and it takes long time to return in bank account.
Internet service of PNB is very slow it take long time in a single transaction
customer service is also poor because it take a long time to connect with customer care executive, and also response from customer care is not so good.
so basically my experience is not good with Punjab National Bank.
