I am a customer of Punjab national bank since 2011. It is one of best government bank in India. I have not faced any problem in there janakpuri branch.
But there policy of not accepting other branch customers money for depositing is worst. Always face issue for this reason.
Otherwise ATM availability is also good. Transaction success rate is also high.I highly recommencement everyone to use there service in future.
