Worst bank

I had visited this recently to open a new account of mine. The staff working here are arrogant and don’t reply properly. Also they are busy doing some kind of work and makes customer wait for long time. For just collecting the form they took 1 hours and same while submitting the form. I had opted for Internet banking facilities and ATM services.


My account got opened after a month. After using the facilities and services which they provided for three months I am totally disappointed with their services. There are very less ATMs of PNB in Mumbai and the most of them are out of order. Also their net banking severs is bad. It used to hang and stop loading in middle. Also the customer care facility is really bad as nobody picks the calls. Because of their poor services I would suggest not to open account in PNB.
