Friends beware of this fraud bank.i will tell you all about an incident which happened with me.I am a student.i had managed to make some savings out of my stipend and saved it in pnb.
I purchased an item of rs 10000 from one of the online shopping sites then canceled it as the product was defective.
The online shopping site immediately processed the refund and even provided me with the reference number.but its 3 months till now my refund has not come to me.
Its pnb which has done the main problem. I submitted a complaint request with them but they simply rejected my claim.
I am very much disturbed because of this. I will wait for another 2 to 3 days and then I am strictly going to lodge a fir against pnb and I will seriously do it.
