I have two savings account in punjab national bank. Lately I lost my atm so I got my atm blocked and asked them to issue me a new atm. They asked for blocking id of the atm . as I had lost it so I had to call customer care for the block id number . I got it within the period of two days but then I filled application for new atm and after 30 days when I went to bank to enquire abt the atm they asked me to again fill the application form and wait for 30 days and it has been 3 months and still I haven’t received my atm.
