I have a savings account in Kichha Branch .
Well the bank is pretty awesome and I am a genuine customer of the bank.
Coming on to the phone banking the UI is quite friendly and allows easy transaction .
ATM service is quite good and an overall yearly charge of rs 112 approx is levied on the customer .
Internet banking is the most friendly experience .
Beneficiary can be added at any time within fractions of second and transaction can be completed .

Overall the bank is quite satisfactory and I would recommend it to everyone .
