I am banking with this bank from last two years in these two years I hardly know any body in this bank except the manager to whom I know personally the great thing is that the all staff knows that I know manager pesonally than also they are not ready to coopearate me in any manner they are all sarkari and their behavior is also like sarkari.
I am trying to get my a/c on line from last more than 1 and half year but not succeeded due to my a/c was a cc a/c they are not providing atm facility to th ecustomers like me now when ever I assue or submitt the check I have to enquire about its status in the bank after a day or two in that case also they are not ready to cooperate they always insist to maintain our a/c at our own but how can we know without them that our submitted checque got passed or bounced.
As all govt bank renovated our bank also completed with a/c, currency counting machines, computers and all but when ever we enquired about any entry please come after public hours (standard answer ) at every 1st of the month printer brake down so no statement of th emonth is available on time there is only one person in the bank who knows about the internet banking and he is always on leave.
I have two more accounts with HSBC and HSBC coparison to them I feel that PNB takes atleast 20 years more to reach near them "same stamped chequebooks" "same shortage of slips" and th echarges of banking is almost same
