I think I first encountered Punjabi affair with a friend when I first came to Hyderabad about 6 months ago.
To cut the chase, their Punjabi food is amongst the best I’ve had, and I am a hardcore Punjabi, and I never thought id find this bliss in Hyderabad.
The decor is truly Punjabi at heart.
Ive been here maybe 5, 6 times but the dishes I order are pretty much the same dal makhani and the super duper yummy Paneer Lahori with that amazing butter garlic naan( yes that’s also a variant) and sometimes the Chaas ( buttermilk)
Service can be slow at times but that’s more so because I’ve almost always had to wait for atleast 30 minutes to get a table and that’s testament to how great the place is.
I would highly recommend the paneer Lahori, the gravy is super yummy and not too spicy at all.
The quantities are more than sufficient and not heavy on the pocket either !
Definitely a go to place not just if you miss north Indian food but more so to taste some of the best you would have had.
