I went to this restaurant at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad with a friend of mine as I had heard highly of their chain of restaurant in Delhi. As soon as we sat down I noticed that one side the sofa is too low and other side the chair is too high with reference to the table. So I was basically towering over my friend and it was looking very very awkward while talking.
Then I noticed that the whole table was unbalanced and was shaking like anything the moment you keep your hand on it. I asked the waiter that the table is shaking and he replied rudely that, "All the tables are like that" and gave me a look that either put up with it or go. I had no choice but to leave after feeling insulted. Later my one of my friend told me that their Dal Makhni costs something like Rs. 350 and is way pathetic compared to the Dhaba Dal which you get for Rs. 30. So my recommendation is to avoid this restaurant altogether, there are other nice places to have great food in hyderabad like Basera, Ohris, Haveli, Handi, Novotel, Hampi etc. Go to PBN only if that is the only restaurant open in the periphery of 50 KM of hyderabad or if you have loads of money to waste;)
