I think this film is not much as better than the first part.this movie speaks about the social injustice certainly made impact on the masses in the past. The system v/s citizen theme has occurred in some of the earlier films of ranjith Shankar. In his molly aunty rocks film he somewhere succeeded in trying it using the comedy flavour and in his first part punyalan agarbhathis was the first time we seeing that he attainingbthe success of a full entertainer comedy film with social relevance. But the issue in punyalan prvt lmtd is that it is pushing the scope of joy thakolkaran too much.in agarbhathis, t he humour that created is natural and I laughed frequently till the end of the movie. but this time ranjinth shankar pushes this character to be like muthalvan character .all are miss the fun aspect and what he speak is relevant but the medium of cinema needs an impactful representation. The rise of joy thakolkaran as a social sensation doesn’t like authentic. and it’s cinematography is average.t he music doesn’t have the energy in the earlier one. the only appreciable thing I seen in this movie is the social relevance.otherwise it is not good and doesn’t containing sense of humour.
