Plot : this time director gave more importance for social messages and treated it as political satire. Film starts with trajedy that joy thakkolkaran loses his own agarbathi company. But he will come back with new product punyalan vellam . His struggles and surviving fight is rest of the film
Performance : As usual Jayasurya was superb as joy thakkolkaran. Sreejith ravi was little bit dissappointing with his bore comedies. Darmajan was a saving grace for film. Absence of nyla usha and aju varghese affected film badly.
Cinematography. : Techanical side of the film was average.
Music : Bijibal done music for this film. He gave decent bgms and music.
Overall film was average just one time watchable. when comparing with punyalan 1 this film lacks good humour.
