Our order consisted of a plate of kakori kababs, some of their’special’ roast chicken, and some roomali rotis, along with some phirni for dessert. The kakori kababs were lovely - juicy, hot off the coals and very flavourful.
The special roast chicken was a bit unusual, coming as it did with a creamy sauce that was wholly unnecessary and took away from what was an otherwise good tandoori chicken. The phirni was very strongly flavoured with saffron. Well, that’s great if you’re fond of it.
The service is quick, the place is clean and the prices are good enough. All you Gurgaon folks who have troubles going all the way to Purani Dilli head here for an aromatic, delightful culinary journey.
