Now, Here is my story. I got this water purifier 2 months back. After 2 days itself I could notice crack in my purifier. I called customer service and asked for solution. They as usual like other call center gave me diplomatic answer that technician will be visiting my house on so and so date and time. I called them again when I didnt get any response from their side. Later I realized they started disconnecting my call and got really irritated then. Then I wrote review about them on mouth shut.
And after few days I received call from pureit asking status of my complain. I narrated my story. All thanks to Mr, Prithivi who took charge in his hand and got my filters part replaced in no time. Yes, I can understand fault happens sometimes but what matters is how you regain trust of customer back and yes I would give pureit special Mr. Prithvi who took prompt action and made things all well again.
