No replacement done for germkill kit

The filter was working fine and later it was red and the filter was no more working. Called the call centre to order a germkill kit on 23rd and till date not recieved. They sent an sms that in 72 hours it would be sent but no one turns up and when I called today.


Again the same sms comes with order no. etc with same 72 hours lead time but no one calls or no one comes. So that filter is only for one use and not for re-use after replacement of filter. I would recommend not to use such products as I have been facing issues from past one week and buying water . I guess the traditional way of candle method is better but our corporation is great that we don’t get potable water in Bangalore.
