I bought Pureit Advanced water purifier 2 months ago, And I came to know following pros and cons of the product and service.

Water purifying - Even I don’t know it is good or not because its virtual functionality.

I wanted to buy a water purifier and for it I write to pureit to give demo at my home by their web site. but I did not get any response from pureit. It is having very goo and attractive design so I decide to buy Pureit advance from the retailer. When I used it I got many cons of this product
For demo they did not give me reply [Very Bad Support].
Its designed from an breakable material
Its divided into three parts -
Upper Chambekar_ashishr - to fill plain water.
Middle Chambekar_ashishr - to purifying water on first and second and third level
Lower Chambekar_ashishr - to stock purified water
Upper Chambekar_ashishr - It is used to contained the plain water, I dont have any problem with this chambekar_ashishr except it is breakable.
Middle Chambekar_ashishr - It is used for first and second level of purifying mechanism, I dont know it is ok or not because it is a virtual process. but this chambekar_ashishr has some other functionality. I have more concern with these functionality.
1) It has one mechanism which will they say to stop water supply in the middle chambekar_ashishr if lower chambekar_ashishr is full, it is like a valve something. As soon as lower chambekar_ashishr gets full, Upper chambekar_ashishr should stop water supply in Middle chambekar_ashishr. It should be done with this valve, but it does’t work. as soon as Lower chambekar_ashishr gets full it continues supplying water in second chambekar_ashishr.
2) Valve described in point 1 is also supposed to close the Lower chambekar_ashishr but it does not. instead it starts supplying plain water in the Lower chambekar_ashishr.
3) When lower chambekar_ashishr gets full, this chambekar_ashishr starts overflowing water from its walls, it should not.
4) They provide a hole in Middle Chambekar_ashishr at the front, I think for air, but when lower chambekar_ashishr is full it starts overflowing water from this hole. It is because the level of this hole is lower then the level of place by which plain water is supplying to the filter.
5) One tray the use in middle chambekar_ashishr which is for holding the water coming from Upper Chambekar_ashishr, If it is full then it also overflows water from the side of kit replacement indicator.
Lower Chambekar_ashishr - Its used to store the purified water. This chambekar_ashishr has only one problem, it overflows water from the sides if it is full.
- Also when I complaint through https://pureitwater.com/IN/feedback for the functionality and use, I did not get any reply, I am still waiting it.
After using it I did not get my recommendation for this brand and this product. It has poor functionality of the product and major problem is in support and services.
