Pure It = Piece of sh*t

I purchased this piece of sh|t of 29-Jul and brought it home.It was leaking right from the time it was installed! I immediately called customer service and was explained my problem.


I was assured that a technician would visit my place and rectify the problem within 48 hours. It has been 70 days now and still no response!!I have been following up with them ever since. Now, after dozens of calls and e-mails, this problem has not been attended to. When I located a Pure IT dealer and called him, he disconnected my call and didn’t even bother to call back!!


It has been lying as a piece of junk at home ever since, eating up space and causes incredible frustration every time I see it.


DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF SH|T. IT IS NOT WORTH IT !!
