Germkill Kit Premature expired--NO SUPPORT !!

I have been using PureIT Classing since 5+ years, quality of water purification is OK and service is also fine, but 1st time I am facing the issue of GermKill Kit, it is prematurely become defunct within15 days. So I have complained about 5 times to their call center & on their website too, but they are just committing they will replace without charges but since 10 days I am waiting.
