Totally satisfied with the service

Myself Chandrima Das, would like to share my experience on Uniliver Water Purifier-Pure It, am using Pureit since 3 years   and have never faced any sort of problem, suddenly after a span of 3 years   I’ve faced some technical problem with my purifier and as per the number given I made a contact with the customer care executive. When I made a call   to the customer care there had a doubt in my mind whether my problem will be   solved in the maiden time or not as because am staying in Purulia, where the communication is not so proper and smooth like any other developed area. But I found it very interesting that after making the call to customer care (at 7 am), that day, person from technical support team reached to my place within 45 minutes(at 7.45 am) and solve the problem, and now my purifier is working as new as I brought it 3 years ago. The after sale service pleased me really   whether I had a doubt on that but am totally satisfied with the service as well as after sale service too.


So I would like to make a note to the others who are planning to have a purifier, purchase and use pureit for its better compliment and after sale service.
