Good service

I have been using a “Pure it” for the last 3yrs, When I got some problem in GKK of Pure it. I contacted the service center and got assurance from them that they would visit within 72 hours. But to my surprise, one of the technicians visited my house within 8 hours of my lodging the complaint. He replaced my GKK immediately. I was delighted towards his polite and courteous behaviour.


Moreover, I was happy that my complaint was solved within 8 hours.
