I have been using Pureit for myself and was happy with the quality of water filtering etc.
Based on this I decided on the same product for my aged parents who stay in Hyderabad.
To my horror, the service seems to be pathetic and I realised that apart from ordering the germkill pack, I had never used their services.
To get any service, one needs to follow-up dozens of times and even then the person comes only after 2-3 days.
For something that’s as important as drinking water, this is hardly the timeline to expect.
Right now observing if this improves soon else might junk it instead of my parents suffering so often. In the last 3 months since it has been bought, its had problems thrice already.
