Service is not good

With regard to RFS/1913840 -Pureit, my kit was replaced on 2nd June 2013 and on 12th June water was not coming to lower base and the marker was already showing 3/4 used. Earlier all the kit used to work for 4-5 months and this time the kit was of lower quality.


I have raised this issue 3 days back via phone and online portal. still no action taken. let me know if you are able to resolve the issue or not.
