The service is horrible. The company encourages people to take their AMC to maintenance, but once you pay for the AMC, they will not send their engineer or take any suitable action if you raise a complaint. I’ve called the service center for months; they will not send their engineer. I’ve raised a written complaint, but no response or action has been taken. The AMC money is gone. This is a big fraud.
