Another Terrible experience from PureIt service

Would like to share my experience with all of you, how bad the service offered by Pureit.


I already had miserable 1st year, when the device was purchased in the year 2015.


Recently GKK2 kit was replaced on 16th of May 2018 around 4:30 PM(Cost 3750).


On the same day with in an hour(around 5:30) I noticed there is a water leakage and informed the technician who visited for GKK2 replacement.


I have been asked to turn off the device which I did, and he came on 17th May 2018 3:00 PM to fix the leakage.


He said there was water leakage inside while replacing the GKK2, which caused the leakage issue. Again on 17th night I observed the device stopped functioning, light stopped blinking .


Raised complaint again through Pureit Customer care and also informed the technician . Pure it sent another technician and confirmed the battery is not working, need to replace which will cost(1850+250) .


One can understand the issue with basic commonsense, that water leakage inside the device could probably damaged the battery.


Technician arguing with me and not agreeing his own mistake of not fixing it properly, which made additional loss to me.


This time I don’t want to pay for battery as, I can spend this money on purchasing water from outside.


Being a company with reputation and providing this kind of poor, sick service is not at all expected.


Honestly instead of buying ROs, better buy water cans from outside.which doesn;t require nay maintenance.


Again I’m saying this Pure it is WORST if it comes to quality, maintenance cost is too much adding to it if service also POOOOOR no one can save money from your pocket
