I am using this device for the past one and half years. Poor quality and pathetic service.
The RO membrane in the device went off and even after lodging several complaints with their authorities no action yet. They don’t respond. And if you call them, they bluntly lie and shout you out.
I am fed up with their behavior, service quality and the ill treatment they mete out to the customer. The attitude of their executives is very poor and the behavior is very cold. They unabashedly lie and cheat.
I will NEVER recommend HUL products to my friends and relatives henceforth.
