I brought Pureit Marvella RO(Product ID: RCR22 00004760) about 2 weeks ago from Croma store and I am getting the worst service ever from Croma and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. I am facing a lot of problem with this product. I have already called the helpline and they of HUL and Croma they are of no use. I have paid Rs 15000 to get into this mess.
I advice all to not by any pureit Marvella RO product. Its the worst investment I have made. I am planning to junk this Pureit Marvella RO(since Croma guys are unwilling to make an exchange) and buy an aquaguard product. My naighbour is suggesting me to use aquaguard and they give excellent customer service.
Please be advised do not go for Pureit Marvella RO its a utter waste of money. they have worst customer service. I never faced this kind of service from any of the product I brought.
Please don’t buy Pureit Marvella RO.
