Many issues within warranty period, what next?

I have chosen Pureit Marvella RO based on the reviews in internet hoping that this device is better in quality and reliable than other competitors in the segment. even though there were negligent issues during demo & Pre-sales Period.

All my expectations were turned down within 9 months from the purchase date. This device has made me to log more than 6 complaint calls with Pureit Helpline and it became habit of this device. Many escalations with helpline yielded no results and am repenting for my decision to go with HUL, I feel that I have lost my hard earned money on this futile device.


Your helpline executives have always per-recorded reply and it is useless in calling them again n again. let them Rest In Peace.


I here demand HUL, please refund my money and take your device back.
