Am from chennai & am serviced by your anna nagar branch.Pls ask your person who comes to change the battery kit to do the work slowly & with great care.


The person who came to change the kit in my marvella ro water purifier was handling the purifier carelessly, once he dropped it down too, also when I asked him to check the water purity level using the small pocket sized device that they carry when they install the new purifier, he refused saying that they will use the device only during installation, not when they change the kit, why is it so?


What are you going to spend simply by using the device, instead you get only satisfied & happy customers customers confident that the new kit installed is working fine giving them pure water.Pls take urgent action asap.
