Dear Customer Team,
I had bought Marvel RO+UV pureit water purefier from Croma, Mantri Mall, Bangalore on 21st Apr’15 and the same got installed at my home on 27th apr’15.
To my dismay the product stopped working & started leaking since 27th Apr’15 evening onwards. Immediate we had called the pureit service guys and with repeated followups they managed to visit my home today morning.
They confirmed that the entire circuit system has gone and to be replaced. It is shock to hear that within a day how come a brand new product will get such issues.
It clearly shows that refurbished / damaged / rejected piece has been sold to us. Today, morning my spouse had called Nirmala, Croma Bangalore store and explained the issue, they supposed to come back at 11:30am but still not.
I am surprised to receive such undesirable service from Croma. Pls be note that only acceptable option for me to get new product.
