Leaks more than fills

We bought Marvella UV about a year ago. The troubles began as soon as 2 months after installation. Leak developed due to a faulty float valve. Got it fixed. a month later the carbon filter needed to be replaced. Since then, not 15 days pass without us calling the helpline. the device develops leaks every 15 days. the cut off switch linked to the float valve got replaced 3 times. the carbon filter lasts only about 2 months. Today, while replacing the carbon filter, the technician said that because of high inlet water pressure in the apartments, the inlet container got cracked. and that needs to be replaced and mind you, that is not covered under warranty.

There is a small ball valve control for the water inlet and in our unit, this is not even half open. I fail to understand why such poor quality materials or parts are being used. The inlet container will set me back by about 600 bucks and the CSF changed twice cost about 3000. So within a year, the so called  AMC free service has cost me more than 3500 already. **I definitely would not recommend this product.*
