This is with regards to my new Pureit water purifier, Marvella which I had recently bought three months back on 6 Nov, 2013. The purifier was accidentally dropped by the wall after few days of purchase. Though this incident doesn’t cover under warranty the company still respected our version and processed an inquiry.
All we have to do was to call on the helpline number and the company officials have processed the replacement of the product immediately without much documentation. My experience with the after sales service team from Khar West (Pureit) in the Western region are the best technical and support team I have ever seen till date. Kudos to you!
Though we have faced a huge problem in explaining the officials about the accident, but it was totally justified as they have to follow some criteria. Again, last week, there was some problem with the adapter which doesn’t come under the warranty but the officials have replaced the adapter without any questions. Customer satisfaction is something they look forward. The back-end service team is fabulous and technical team is also supportive.
Though Marvella is an amazing product, but the after sales and technical support is something I would like to endorse here.
