I purchased a pureit marvella in jan 2014.Within 3 days of installation the device stopped working.After repeated calls & complaints to the center, they made us also buy a booster pump for an additional cost of rs.1500.


Despite that every month there is some fault & inexperienced technicians don’t know how to repair it.despite repeated complaints no senior has bothered to look into the issue.the same technician comes & says some wire is loose.after 2-3 days again the device stops working.never expected this from Unilever.Highly dissatisfied & would recommend people to think twice before buying it.the company refuses to replace the device & talk as if they are doing us a favor by registering our complaint.
