Dear Sir,


Purchased Pureit Marvella UV from Croma Shop on June 13th, 2013. After installation, tank was not filling up so they installed a booster pump for which I was charged 1500. Within two days, the purification stopped working. I put a compliant on September 19th, 2013 with the customer care unit with the complaint number C135278460. I was told the service would be done within 48 hours. No one showed up for next four days and I called again and was issued a new complaint number C135278460 and was told someone will visit asap as if asap is a time-frame. I called again and and again, a total of seven times and every-time I am told it will be checked on priority basis.


Secondly every-time I give my customer id 1930562075 and the registered mobile number, they say its not showing in their data. And on calling a second or third time it starts showing up. After the seventh attempt to call this morning, I requested to be put to a senior executive who gave me another complaint number C135289221 and says he can’t commit a time-frame when the person will attend. When I asked why do you then say that within 48 hours, he replied because of company policy. On top of that I got two messages saying your complaint has been attended pls give feedback. What nonsense is it if no one has ever visited?


After reviewing and comparing the stats on various sites I had selected Pureit Marvella UV rather than Aquaguard Enhance but today I feel that I did a grave mistake. I am finally thinking of a lawsuit  to sue the company and get the 2 crore rupees that they are willing to give as per the advertisement.
