I’ve always had apprehensions about using a new and heavily advertised product. Apparently HLL has spent their money on Advertisement Budgets and not on product development. We bought this unit to purify water for drinking, however the result seems less desirable.
The unit started showing problems within 3 months and when the support technicians came to fix it, it was worse off. The best was the accompanying salesman saying that the water was not suitable for the filter. pray, why do we use a water filter if not to filter water.
We’ve been users of water filters from another brand for years and I guess its high time we revert to a tried and trusted brand than these fancy useless so-called filters. As their biggest competitor knows the only way to sustain in a market is through proper customer service and a good product.
