I am from Velachery, Chennai. I have been using Hindustan Unilever’s Marvella model(one with the Jug) purifier from 2011 and was happy about the output water quality. But later the source water(Metro) has become too hard for drinking standards, which made me go for regular services for the product. Though it was tiresome, but I was very happy to see the techs reaching on time and attending to the complaints efficiently.
So when I was looking to upgrade and decided to go for RO, HUL product was my favorable choice. I have upgraded the product to Slim RO. Now the ppm is down to 100+ from 2000+. Me and my family are totally happy with the Product and ended up gifting this to one of our relatives for an occasion.
