Bad Product AND PATHETIC SERVICE-PUREIT MARVELLA

Very frustrated with the product. I got it installed when I came new to this place in Jan or Feb, within few months I also had GermKit replaced by service men Wasim. Few days back it started leaking and I again asked for replacement of Germkit. New person by the name Mahesh visited my place last eve (Saturday) and after opening the box he says some part is damaged due to water pressure.


I was zapped, since at the time of installation or during first service Wasim never mentioned to me. Then he said that the part is not available I will speak to my manager and revert and next day being sunday not sure if we can sort this out. Do these guys understand that it is WATER we are talking about and not Chair or table that I can let go for a day or two. I told him clearly that since the machine stores 4.5lts of water I dont have much water stored and I have two small kids to take care. Never had to face this frustration during AQUAGUARD time. Why is the customer left in the mercy of these mediocre service fellow. I suggest EUROKA FORBES to take 2 Cr challenge of theirs on SERVICE!
