Very Bad service, Rude behaviour from Service peop

I bought Marvella RO in March this year, it ran well for 2 months, last week it started leaking. I booked a call and the service guy had no idea why it was leaking, he said the threading at the tap was not done properly and hence it was leaking even when I was insisting that the leakage was not from the Tap, however it was at least working, since last night it stopped working completely and it is restarting itself automatically, my repeated calls to this service guy went on deaf ears. It is so disappointing and I feel helpless now as even if I register another call to the customer care they are going to send the same guy to my house and I know its waste.


After having spent 13500 on this purifier, now I am again buying bottled water spending lots of money. NO VALUE FOR MONEY. With such service, however good the product is, end result is it was waste of money.
