Service sucks

I have complained 6 times - every time before the technician arrives, I get a message saying that the problem has been attended.


The instrument keeps on leaking when the battery needs to be replaced. What a design!


Good thing is that it does not require electricity but requires frequent replacement of the battery. But, service is the most painful point.


The jug that fits in to the base unit also needs the right alignment and force while pushing. If you have it on the floor not mounted on the wall, this is an issue and especially for elders.
