Only problem is customer care don’t have information. I purchased RO on Saturday evening and wanted it to be installed on sunday but they told me sunday is non working day. But actually its not true. Sunday morning the service guy was at my door step. Installed RO in less than half an hour. After emptying first slot we tasted second slot and the water taste and purity was perfect .
So far no complaints, no problem. Good product to buy its cheap than other brands and gives well purified water. Also till now I am not told how many times cleaning service will be provided in the warranty period. As I heard KENT and other RO company gives 3-4 Service in a year free.
