Poor customer service & high maintanance

I have lodged a complaint online today. Interaction ID for this query is  #C146330720.  Within 7 months I have changed both the kit costing around Rs.5000.This is just too much maintenance.Also yesterday after the rom was changed costing Rs.3725  there is a leaking sound inside the machine & also the waste water output is very very low compared to before the rom was changed.


Ask your technicians to be careful & patient while servicing the purit as they are always in a hurry & throw around & drop  things.Also your technicians dont change the tube, the joints etc that come with the rom kit but take it away with them. Don’t we pay for these also? Are they not suppose to change them too? Don’t you supervise your technicians properly? Ask them to carry the TDS meter with them & let them check the purified water before the customer.
