I purchased a pureit Marvell RO unit on 30.11.12 (G.P.00040424) and I found the product not satisfactory. The unit is leaking and eventhough the after sales services people are attending the complaint they are unable to identify and solve the problem resulting in recurring complaints.
I have already complained 4 times and I find it irritating to approach the service provider so many time to sort out the same issue. I request the company to replace the unit or find a permanent solution for the problem.
