I bought a marvella from vivek, vadapalani on jan2010, from the day I bought it was faulty, for one month there was no service required after that, twice a month it needs to be cleaned, we are using corporation water only, but then also we need to clean it twice a month thro their service people, when ever we call the service people their response is poor and now it has started giving more trouble, we need to clean it weekly and now lastly two days before only they serviced but now water is not getting filtered, I think the product is totally waste, we contacted vivek to replace it, but they refused to do so. I think they have given a faulty device to us, at the time of purchase they didnt give us the guarantee card , when we asked for it they said bill copy is ok.
Finally. we are not able to get water from it. I think the product announced by pureit the old model for Rs.2000/- is better. Please solve this problem for us. , my number is 9840445521.Service people say often dust particles are gathered, but I dont believe, when the other devices let out by you in the market work properly, why not this. when they come for cleaning they show only little dust, but I dont think it is not due to dust forming often, it must be some other reason for non-working.
