Worst service that exists.

We have been waiting 5 WEEKS for the service personnel to change the filter of our Pureit Marvella unit but nothing is happening, they keep on canceling the appointment at the last minute. They don’t even bother calling to cancel the appointment while you waste the whole day waiting for someone who never intends to come. HORRIBLE , NON EXISTENT SERVICE.
