All is well only till it's working

I got the marvella unit 3 months back, for at least 7 days no one showed up to install the unit. Every time I asked for the installation, agency assured me for same day installation but for them,  promises are to be broken. Somehow installation is done and finally I got to use the unit.


Purification and storage is good but that can’t make you close your eys to it’s leakage problems.  15 days back It started leaking from sides, so we registered our complaint to the help center. There they assured us to resolve it in 1 working day ( only working day). but again no one turned up for 3 days.


So we called the help line again. So they again registered our complaint newly and assured to resolve it by 1 working day. This happened several times and at last one fine day the saint (they call him pure it expert) appeared and fixed the leakage. Very next day leakage started again, and this time no drop of water in the storage.


Till the time our complaint is registered only. We are waiting for the saint to appear again and releave us from all our Marvella worries.


Won’t recommend anybody to buy pure it marvella even if you are getting it at no cost.
