I am a Pure-it RO Marvella user in Chennai, I have a bitter experience with this product.The product looks good, but the post sales service is worse.
The Pure-it claims 3 times of water wastage in 1 liter.In reality it wastes about 10 times of water while purifying water.i.e 1 liter water = 10 liter water WASTE. It stores 9 liter of water means to fill it completely total 90 liter of water will wastes, it’s unbelievable.
So much water wastage is not acceptable, as we already know water is precious and we need to save it for future.Also the post sale service is very poor.I have to call 8 times to call center to attend complaint.
Please beware of this product it’s a good brand name but with pathetic and irritating service.
