Poor service start from DEMO ....

Due to hardness of water in my place, I have requested for a demo of Pureit marvella RO water purifier from HUL on 14th April, but no one has turned yet till today as they promise that demo will be given within 48 hours from the time of DEMO request.


I am really wondering about their post sales service quality and resolution time, when they don’t keep promise for the DEMO.


PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM HUL.
