I bought marvella in Feb2011. The serial no of the same being RWM10314027937. It worked fine till October. In October I returned home one day to find the house flooded. It was the malfunctioning marvella that was leaking. It took us about 2 hours to clean up the mess. I registered a complaint with customer care, but no one turned up for 3 days. Then I called up the shop where I got it from.
They then contacted the local service people, who came and fixed it. After few weeks the same thing happened. I again registered a complaint with customer care and they gave me a number 3113853546 on 13.11.11. Again no one came even after 2 days. So once again through the shop I got in touch with the local service people. They came, opened up the machine but were unable to fix it. They said they have to get some spare parts and will return in 2 days. They did not return as promised and I had to call them up. Finally they came 2 days later with the spare parts. They changed it but that did not solve the problem. They finally admitted that they are not able to understand what has gone wrong. They left saying that they will come back in 2 days time with more spares. It has been 3 days since then.when I called them up they are not answering the calls.
So my recommendation is do not go for this product. I have used water filters of other companies and I recommend aquagaurd from eureka Forbes
