POOR PRODUCT and SERVICE

I have complaint about my pure it Marvella leakage about 6 times to company and every time they repair it and after 2 days it is same situation. I will advice nobody to buy this product. I am not getting any technician now even after lodging complaint. I want to replace the unit but company is not ready to do so. I want the company to give me replacement with higher unit with difference but there are no replies from the company on the matter.
