Our Pureit Marvella was fine for the first 3 months before water started leaking from its sides. We called the helpline nos. and they said it was time to change the battery.
Though at the time of installation they had assured us that on an average the purifier runs 6 months on a battery, still we conceded thinking that our water usage may have reduced the battery lifetime.We ordered a new battery and then the problems started.We had to call them 2-3 times. Each time they assured us of same day service but nobody turned up for 7 days.Finally after waiting for 7 days our battery was changed and we thought we are relieved at least for the next 3 months.
But just after 10 days water again started leaking from all sides.We called the helpline nos and after waiting for 4 days they showed up. The so called expert opened the purified , did some cleaning and left off assuring us it was alright now. But the leakage resumed the next day, we again called the helpline nos. they said they were sorry for the problem and somebody will come as soon as possible, this time giving no assurance of when they will come.
Today is the 4th day and we are still waiting for somebody to arrive and relieve us of our agony. I think its time wel be forced to reject the product and switch over to another. Please dont buy it.
