I purchased brand new Marvella RO Slim model with the hope of drinking clean water. But on the day 1 itself, there was leakage in internal water pipes which burnt the motor.
It was a defective piece, but when I asked for replacement, as it dint work even for 1 day, the HUL service person said, no stocks. They said they will change the motor which is of no use, because again it will get burnt due to leakage.
I am not hearing any thing from the agency on replacement. It has been 2 weeks and I am not able to use the RO system.
Didnt expect it from HUL.
